Cancellation Policy :
If you cancel 48 business hours(2 business days) before the first pet visit, 80% of the total amount due will still be required.


If you cancel within 72 to 48/business hours(2-3 business days) before the first pet visit 50% of the total amount due will still be required.



Holiday Cancellations: If you cancel within 120 business hours(5 business days) before to the first pet visit 80% of the total amount due will still be required. Business hours defined as 7 am Monday through 7 pm Friday, holidays and weekends excluded.
