Cross Town Pet Care, LLC is pleased to offer the following pet sitting services: If there is a service that you are looking for, and don't see it, please ask. It is most likely available.Pet Sitting and Pet Walking :These services are ideal for those that are on a vacation, business trip or work such long hours that a bathroom and/or walk break is necessary or desired for the furry loves ones waiting for you at home.One Visit Per Day: $20 per visit up to 30 minutes $25 per visit up to 30 to 45 minutes $30 per visit up to 45 to 60 minutes Two Visits Per Day: Take $1.00 off each Visit Three Visits Per Day: Take $2.00 off each visit Top of Page Key Pick-up/Consultation :It is important for everyone to plan ahead and to insure that all items will be taken care of and nothing overlooked. Consultations are required for new clients and may be needed for current clients if there has been significant time since we’ve last seen you and your pets.Initial Consultation for Potential/New Clients or Current Clients: $10 per visit up to 30 min 7 business days or more from the desired start time Key Pick-Up for Current Clients that we do not have a key on file for: $20 per visit with72 business hours to 6 business days prior to the start time $30 per visit with 72 to 48 business hours prior to start time $40 per visit with 48 business hours or less prior to start time * Aggressive pet behaviors may require special attention, and services provided are at the discretion of the sitter. Top of Page Combing/Brushing and Bathing Add-On Package :This package is only available as an add-on to the Pet Sitting, Pet Walking, Pet Taxi, Vet Visit or Dog Park Visit Packages. This is wonderful for attention time and to maintain the health of your pet’s coat especially for those away on extended trips or without the time to brush their pet’s coat. The pet MUST be in good condition at the start date and must cooperate. Matted dogs will not be combed, brushed or bathed as they need a proper grooming in a professional grooming setting or a trip to the vet if matting is too severe.Combing/Brushing Non-Matted Pet with Appropriate Tools Provided by Pet Owner: $5 to $20 dependent on size, coat type, temperament and time required Bathing a Non-Matted Pet at Owner’s Home to do so and Shampoo Provided by Pet Owner: $5 to $20 dependent on size, coat type, temperament and time required; appropriate facilities at the home and with pet owner’s shampoo. Purchase Shampoo, Conditioner, Cologne, Combs, Brushes etc. with Bath and/or Brush Out: To see most of the offered items, visit our online store. You will be charged the price on the store and will not be charged shipping. Subject to availability. Top of Page Dog Park Visit :Perfect for those that are too busy or not physically able to take their furry loved ones for a romp in the park. In order to have this service the pet must be well behaved and leash trained. We can not take the chance of bringing aggressive pets to the parks, we certainly don’t want anyone, 2 or 4 legged, injured. Please keep these items in mind when requesting this service. If you request this service and your pet is not well behaved/we are unable to complete this service you still will be responsible for all fees.$35 per first hour plus $15 per each additional 30 minutes Top of Page Pet Taxi :Do you have a car that you don't want your pets in? Are you too busy at work to make it to the groomers? Do you need someone to pick up your pet at the boarding kennel or veterinarian office?$20 per first 45 minutes plus $15 per each additional 15 minutes. Top of Page Vet Visits :Is it an emergency trip to the vet? Can’t make it during the office hours to your veterinarian?$35 per first hour plus $15 per each additional 15 minutes Top of Page House Watching :This is a wonderful option for those that spend extended time periods away from their home.We will perform an all around basic "home maintenance" check of items that are in the open and easily accessible inside and/or outside the residence. The goal is to catch items before they become a more major issue such as a water leak, roof leak, break-in damage, outside property maintenance etc. As many of us know these can be very expensive items to fix the longer they wait. Items such as air conditioners and water heaters will be checked for any signs of water leakage, we will adjust A/C settings, check toilet seals for signs of leakage, pipes under sinks and behind toilets for leakage, signs of breaking and entering at your doors, windows, patio doors etc. Look to see that your lawn, housekeeping and pool areas are being maintained as you have them scheduled, bring in any miscellaneous mail and/or flyers, etc. The goal is to give you a secure feeling while you are away. $18 per visit per first 20 minutes plus $15 per each additional 15 minutes Top of Page Overnight Stays :For those pets that have anxiety issues this is a wonderful option. This is a very limited service and is subject to availability more so then the other services at Cross Town Pet Care, LLC as most of us have pets at home that we need to be with. It will include all the services of a Pet Sitting/Pet Walking Package with the morning and evening walk. The approximate time spent at your residence will be from 9 pm to 7 am or up to 10 hours. We ask that you have a clean area with clean sheets, etc. for the pet sitter to utilize and that your residence is in respectable condition. We have the right to refuse this service if we do not feel comfortable or safe in your surroundings or requests.$85 per night and up Top of Page Concierge Service :Can't be home for the repair man? Do you need a few items picked up? Are you coming in late from vacation/trip and would love to have a few items waiting for you in the refrigerator? This was created just for those with busy schedules or who would just like a little extra help! After all, your time is more valuable at the office or on the beach!$25 per first hour, $20 per hour after the first hour *Services and items must be prepaid to Cross Town Pet Care, LLC. For non pet items being picked up an estimated cost of those items will be charged. You will be refunded or charged accordingly after the completion of the concierge services. Top of Page Greeting from your pet :When possible we will send via cell phone or email a picture and/or text/email message to your cell phone or email when visiting your pets or residence for Home Watches. We also will leave a "journal" of events in your residenceTop of Page Please Note:Holiday Rates: Holidays, weekends and summers book up quickly, plan ahead!! $10 per visit extra on all major holidays such as Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day $5 per visit extra on holidays such as Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day *Holiday Pricing is subject to Change Cancellation Policy:If you cancel 48 business hours(2 business days) before the first pet visit, 80% of the total amount due will still be required.If you cancel within 72 to 48/business hours(2-3 business days) before the first pet visit 50% of the total amount due will still be required. Holiday Cancellations: If you cancel within 120 business hours(5 business days) before to the first pet visit 80% of the total amount due will still be required. Business hours defined as 7 am Monday through 7 pm Friday, holidays and weekends excluded. Payment Policy:Payment is due in full 120 business hours(5 business days) prior to the start time. Business hours defined as 7 am Monday through 7 pm Friday, holidays and weekends excluded.Cash, checks and payment through paypal.com are acceptable forms of payment. All forms of payment must clear and be received before the due date, so plan ahead if you have an out of state check, are mailing the check or need the cash picked up, etc. If we do not have the payment as required we reserve the right to release you spot and rebook it with someone else, don’t ruin your trip by forgetting to pay on time. 100% of tips go to your Cross Town Pet Care, LLC Team Member. Tipping is greatly appreciated, however it is optional. *Typical pet sitting/pet walking hours are from 7 am through 9 pm. The exact schedule will be finalized at the start time and is subject to adjustment. We will try to keep as close to your current schedule as we are able to. *For those on vacation/out of town pet sitting/walking includes feeding, watering, play time, litter box cleaning, mail retrieval, watering plants, setting trash out, altering lights/curtains, etc. *For those in town getting the pet sitting/pet walking we will spend the majority of time playing and/or walking and will feed and fill water bowls as needed. *If you have requested a time slot of more then 30 minutes and your pet(s) do not wish to interact with the pet sitter, you will still be responsible for the time slot you requested as we have already blocked it off for you. If we are able to readjust the schedule we will do so. *No extra charges for additional pets, charges are based on time spent. The more pets you have, the more time may or may not be needed. * We have the right to refuse any services if we do not feel comfortable or safe in your surroundings, home, requests or comfortable with your pets. *Services and items for concierge, vet trips, or any other services must be prepaid to Cross Town Pet Care, LLC or the vendor. For non pet items being picked up an estimated cost of those items may be charged prior to the pick-up if not already prepaid. You will be refunded or charged accordingly after completed. *Additional charges may occur for destruction of any kind to any transportation vehicle such as chewing, relieving of one self in any fashion, or excessive mileage. *You will be responsible for all damages made by your pet to the pet sitter/Cross Town Pet Care Team member, other people, your pet, other pets and any other property. *In the event a Cross Town Pet Care, LLC employee/independent contractor of Cross Town Pet Care, LLC is hired for any task outside of Cross Town Pet Care, LLC, Cross Town Pet Care, LLC, it’s owners or any other employees/independent contractors of Cross Town Pet Care, LLC can not be held liable and assumes no responsibility for that individual/individuals while working outside of Cross Town Pet Care, LLC.
